OpenAI Acquires Astral to Strengthen Programming Domain Layout and Boost Developer Efficiency

OpenAI recently announced the acquisition of Astral, planning to integrate its team into the Codex department to jointly develop tools and boost developers' work efficiency. This is one of OpenAI's few public acquisition cases, having previously acquired only Global Illumination and Statsig.
