OpenAI DevDay 2026: ChatGPT Workspace and New Team Tools Revealed

At OpenAI DevDay 2026 held early morning Beijing time on September 30, OpenAI launched several AI collaboration tools. ChatGPT Workspace lets teams work with ChatGPT in one shared space, turning conversations into pages or slides with multi-person editing and comments. Dynamic Pages is a new document type for project plans, reports, and visual concepts. Collaborative Slides lets teams build presentations with ChatGPT and export to PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Users can also create shared team pages, presentations, and spreadsheets, and hand repetitive tasks to ChatGPT on a schedule. Mentioning @ChatGPT in Slack and Microsoft Teams turns discussions into project briefs. A meetings plugin records audio and saves notes in ChatGPT Workspace, summarizing key points with team context. Shareable profiles let users showcase their sites and plugins for others to discover and reuse.

These features are available for Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans, with some in beta.
