Pixel 10 Gmail bug: AI writing tool blocks keyboard

Android Authority reports that Pixel 10 phones have a bug in Gmail where the AI writing tool blocks the keyboard. Users can't type replies normally.

The issue mainly affects Pixel 10 Pro XL and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. On Pro XL, you have to hide the keyboard and tap the reply area multiple times. On Pro Fold, the reply field has no cursor, only the AI 'Help me write' option shows up.

The bug wasn't found on vivo X300 FE or OnePlus 15. iOS Gmail works fine. Google hasn't commented yet.
