Runway launches Media Router, auto-switches AI models for different tasks

Runway has launched Runway Media Router, a smart tool that automatically picks the best AI model for making images, videos, and audio based on quality, speed, and cost. It splits tasks into three modes: fast generation, slow but high-quality, and mid-speed with low cost. For example, early creative checks focus on speed, while final production cares about quality. Developers don't need to compare and switch models one by one. The system does it for them. Runway Media Router is now live on Runway Dev, supporting models from Seedance, GPT Image 2, and ElevenLabs. It aims to make development smoother and speed up content creation.
