Saudi AI firm HUMAIN unveils Horizon Ultra laptop with Snapdragon X2 Elite

Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund PIF-backed AI company HUMAIN has teased its upcoming Horizon Ultra laptop in an unboxing video. The packaging is unique, with a front design resembling an AI chatbot interface. A Snapdragon X2 Elite processor sticker on the left side of the deck hints at the device's core power. The keyboard features bilingual English-Arabic keys, with a HUMAIN logo button placed to the left of the right Alt key.

CEO Tareq Amin says the most exciting part isn't the hardware but the operating system. Horizon Ultra will run on software infrastructure centered around 'intent,' built for the agentic AI era, aiming to make the device more intuitive to user needs.

The product will be showcased at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh from August 31 to September 3, where more details are expected.
