Saudi Fund-backed HUMAIN Launches Arabic AI Model humain-m3

HUMAIN, an AI company under Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund PIF, has launched humain-m3, a cutting-edge Arabic language model developed by MiniMax. Based on MiniMax's M3 architecture, it underwent extensive pre-training on Arabic text tokens. In seven public Arabic benchmarks, it achieved the highest average score among leading models.

The model is now available as a research preview on HUMAIN Node, with open-weight release planned. CEO Tareq Amin noted that Arabic, spoken by hundreds of millions, is underrepresented in frontier AI. This project aims to change that by opening access to developers and researchers.
