Tencent Cloud open-sources team AI tool TeamAI

Tencent Cloud has open-sourced TeamAI, a team AI collaboration tool it uses internally. It puts a team's skills, work rules and project knowledge into one Git repo, so they can be reviewed and versioned just like code. TeamAI works with 16 agents, including Claude Code and Cursor. When a member submits a skill, it creates a branch and merge request automatically. Once approved, agents pull updates when a new chat starts. One person sets it up, and the whole team can reuse it. For tasks involving internal data, admins can push safe model settings to everyone. At the end of a chat, the agent also turns fixed problems into docs saved in the team repo for future reference. TeamAI is now built into Tencent Cloud's ClawPro agent platform. Admins can manage skills and MCP settings from one console, and members can get things done in plain language.
