vivo App Store Opens to Individual Developers

At the 2026 vivo Developer Conference, vivo announced that its app store is now open to individual developers. Developers only need to complete personal identity verification to join. vivo says it will gradually open up AI apps, Blue River apps, and IoT apps. The move aims to lower the barrier for app development and let more innovations be seen. As AI technology keeps advancing, the cost for individual developers to enter the app ecosystem is dropping fast. This open channel could attract more small and mid-sized developers to vivo's ecosystem.
