vivo Gets AI L3 Certification, New Search Feature Coming Soon

vivo's operating system team announced they're among the first to get China's national AI L3 certification, the highest level available right now.

They also teased upcoming features like 'Circle to Search' encyclopedia and 'Guess What You Want' for their AI assistant. Earlier, Xiaomi's 17 Max phone got the same L3 certification, and several Huawei products also received it.

This national standard, released in May by several Chinese government departments, defines four AI levels: L1 for basic response, L2 for tools, L3 for assistance, and L4 for collaboration.
