WeChat Pay Launches AI Card for Automated Shopping

WeChat Pay has launched an AI card that lets users make purchases by simply chatting with an AI agent. Users set a spending limit and pre-load funds, similar to giving someone money to buy something for you. Tencent's PR director Zhang Jun clarified it's not an AI credit card but a prepaid service. One user compared it to 'when parents give you money to buy cigarettes as a kid,' and Zhang agreed.
