WeRide launches WITT model, cutting AI token costs by 98%
Self-driving company WeRide released its new AI model called WITT. It breaks down real-world driving scenes into tiny, checkable facts to help the car understand its surroundings better. WITT can spot errors much less often than regular big models — about one-third the mistake rate. It also uses 98% fewer tokens and can process 10,000 minutes of driving video per day on a single computer chip. The model works with WeRide's other system, GENESIS, to train cars using real road data and simulated scenarios.
