World's first fully AI-written training framework for large models released

Mianbao Intelligence, together with Tsinghua University and the OpenBMB open-source community, has released ForgeTrain, the world's first production-level large model training framework fully written by AI without any human code. The framework successfully completed pre-training of the MiniCPM5-1B model on Huawei's Ascend chips. Tests show MiniCPM5-1B leads globally among same-size models, ranking first under 2B on the AA list. This marks a complete loop: AI-written frameworks running on domestic chips to train leading AI models. ForgeTrain is fully open-sourced, including the complete pre-training code and Agent Harness toolchain, allowing any team to replicate the process.
