Alibaba Qianwen Launches AI Voice Input on PC: Voice Does More Than Typing—It Issues Direct Tasks

Alibaba Qianwen has launched AI voice input on PC. Users can access it via shortcuts in various desktop apps. The feature supports removing filler words from speech, error correction, formatting, context-aware smart replies, and direct commands for creation, Q&A, translation, etc.

Unlike regular voice typing tools, Qianwen's voice input acts as a cross-app AI task scheduler. Holding the shortcut (right Alt for Windows, right Command for Mac, customizable) starts voice input mode; double-clicking switches to AI command mode for tasks like info retrieval or document generation, covering office scenarios like document editing and instant messaging without switching clients or opening extra windows.

Currently, this feature is fully open, and all users can use it for free via Qianwen's PC client.
