Alibaba's Qwen Work app launches with AI writing and PPT generation

Alibaba's Qwen Work app is now live, offering beta versions for Windows and macOS (requires Windows 10+ or macOS 14+). Developed by DingTalk Technology, the app is 311.4MB and focuses on six core features: enterprise IM writing, Office document creation and editing, multimodal content understanding, and full-stack web generation.

It offers free, personal standard (78 yuan/month), and personal premium (158 yuan/month) plans. Enterprise plans start at 198 yuan/month per seat. The app supports multiple AI models, real-time voice transcription, document format conversion, and a personal cloud drive, with customizable skills for different tasks.

A tipster revealed that the HarmonyOS beta version is ready and available on the HarmonyOS AppGallery. The app aims to boost productivity with AI-powered writing, PPT creation, and data analysis.
