Alibaba's QwenWork Launches Enterprise Agent Products and Its First AI Hardware QwenNote A2
At the 2026 Yunqi Conference QwenWork session, Alibaba's QwenWork announced a series of product and capability upgrades for enterprise Agents. The core product "Enterprise Context" compresses and structures information from documents, communications, and business systems, letting Agents make decisions based on the latest real enterprise data at very low token cost. Companies can also build "digital employees" on QwenWork and DingTalk, with names, departments, responsibilities, authorization scopes, and lifecycles, and all execution records are traceable.
QwenWork also launched a "Collaboration" feature that supports task division among people and Agents, or between Agents, in the same space, with outputs and progress stored together. The "Apps" feature allows enterprises and SaaS vendors to connect business systems as apps, keeping existing interfaces and data while adding Agent capabilities.
On hardware, QwenWork released its first AI Agent device QwenNote A2, supporting voice transcription and voice-triggered tasks. Transcriptions keep only text and notes, not original audio. It is priced at 1,199 yuan. The Security Center manages Agent data access, tool calls, and task execution, with sandbox boundaries, approval and blocking of high-risk operations, and full auditing.
