Baidu, Tencent, ByteDance Launch 2027 Summer Intern Recruitment with Strong Focus on AI Positions

Recently, Baidu, Tencent, and ByteDance have successively launched their 2027 summer internship recruitment programs, all reaching record scales. Baidu offers over 5,000 positions, with more than 90% related to AI; Tencent provides over 10,000 opportunities globally; ByteDance plans to recruit over 7,000 interns, all positions offering conversion chances with an overall conversion rate exceeding 50%.

Baidu's intern positions cover cutting-edge AI fields like large model algorithms, multi-modality, and autonomous driving; ByteDance focuses on R&D, product, and AI areas, with R&D roles accounting for over 60% of the total; Tencent's positions include five categories such as technology and product, targeting students graduating between September 2026 and December 2027.
