Caocao Mobility joins China Mobile's 12580 AI assistant as its first ride-hailing partner

At the 2026 Mobile Network Conference, Caocao Mobility announced it has joined China Mobile's 12580 personal AI assistant, becoming its first ride-hailing ecosystem partner.

The partnership pairs Caocao's licensed driver dispatch and ride services with the 12580 assistant's AI features, such as understanding voice commands and handling tasks. Users just say something like "I want a ride somewhere," and everything happens in the chat—confirming the trip, picking a car and price, and paying automatically. No need to switch apps.

This launch is the first phase of the partnership. Through the A2A protocol, Caocao's AI ride service can later reach more China Mobile apps. Caocao is already on other AI platforms, including the Doubao phone assistant, Honor YOYO, and OPPO Xiaobu.
