Claude Suffers 25 Incidents in Two Weeks: Three Product Lines Hit by Major Outages, Opus 4.6 Most Affected

Anthropic's AI model Claude has been facing service stability issues recently. Monitoring shows three of its five product lines (claude.ai, Claude API, Claude Code) are in major outage status. Two unresolved issues remain: Opus 4.6 error rate spike (ongoing since March 27) and Cowork connection reset problem (since March 25; official suggests restarting desktop app as a temporary fix).

Over the past 15 days (March 13-27), Claude has had about 25 incidents, with only 4 days without reports. Opus 4.6-related error rate spikes are the most frequent—nearly daily in the past 10 days. 90-day uptime rates: claude.ai at 99.03%, API at 99.11%, Code at 99.35%.

Combined with Anthropic's peak-hour quota adjustment disclosed the same day, Claude's service is under dual pressure from growing demand and insufficient capacity.
