Doubao Mobile Assistant Gets Top Security Rating and Launches for Consumers

The China Academy of Information and Communications Technology tested Doubao Mobile Assistant, a product by Beijing Chuntian Zhiyun Technology, under its cloud-device collaborative confidential computing standard. The assistant passed all three major security categories and received the top L5 rating, becoming one of China's first products to earn this certification.

The evaluation covered 15 sub-items including trusted execution environments, remote attestation, key management and transparent logs, across five security levels from L1 to L5. Doubao Mobile Assistant uses a cloud-device collaborative confidential computing architecture. User data is encrypted throughout transmission and only decrypted in verified cloud environments.

The consumer version of Doubao Mobile Assistant is now officially released, supporting voice and a dedicated AI button with fingerprint authentication. The first consumer version will be available on the Nubia NaviX Ultra, which is now open for pre-orders and goes on sale on September 16.
