Google AI Pro Subscription Gets Big Upgrade: $20/month for 5TB Storage, Not an April Fool's Joke

For users needing large cloud storage and AI office tools, Google's AI Pro subscription has received a major upgrade recently. The $20/month (about 137.7 RMB) plan now offers 5TB of storage (up from 2TB) for free, which can be used for services like Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Photos. Google emphasizes this is not an April Fool's joke.

The upgraded AI Pro also enhances Gemini capabilities: it can get context from Gmail and the internet to assist with office suites like Drive and Docs, summarize emails, and proofread. New Chrome auto-browsing features handle multi-step tasks like travel planning and form filling, and the original Home Premium subscription is now included at no extra cost.

The new features are available to all users; if you haven't seen the update yet, no need to worry—just wait patiently.
