Huawei, vivo, Honor AI assistants to integrate Alipay Abao

According to sources, Huawei's Xiaoyi, vivo's BlueLM, and Honor's YOYO are testing integration with Alipay's AI assistant Abao. Once live, users can use their phone's system AI to access Alipay's task intelligence. Alipay is also in talks with more phone brands to expand access. OPPO and StepFun have already integrated. In July, Alipay and OPPO announced cross-device cooperation, letting OPPO users use the assistant Xiaobu to access nearly 200 services from Abao, like movie tickets, food delivery, and social security queries. At the WAIC 2026, Alipay and StepFun announced system-level cooperation. Alipay launched its AI open platform in early July for developers, so businesses can integrate Abao or connect to smart devices like phones, cars, and AI glasses for unified management.
