Kingdee Turns Profitable in 2025, Declares AI Transformation a 'Life-or-Death Battle' and Plans to Launch AI Suite in May

Kingdee's 2025 performance report shows the group's annual total revenue reached 7.01 billion yuan, with cloud service revenue at 5.78 billion yuan, net profit attributable to parent company at 93 million yuan, and adjusted net profit at 232 million yuan, successfully turning profitable. Net cash inflow from operating activities was 1.097 billion yuan, and cash reserves reached 5 billion yuan, providing solid financial support for AI transformation.

Kingdee CEO Xu Shaochun stated that AI transformation is the company's fourth transformation and a 'life-or-death battle'. He said Kingdee, with 30 years of business logic and data advantages, can quickly develop high-robustness agents, and plans to release an AI suite with dozens of agents and a new AI platform in May. Addressing market concerns, he emphasized that the essence of AI is the people who apply it, and Kingdee will help small and medium-sized enterprises implement AI.

Xu Shaochun made a pledge: cloud transformation took 10 years, AI transformation will show results in 2-3 years, and deliver excess returns to investors within 5 years, achieving the goal of 'rebuilding Kingdee with AI'. The company has fully adjusted assessment incentives, and all employees are embracing change.
