Meituan launches CatPaw, an AI agent platform used by 90,000 employees

Meituan has launched CatPaw, an all-scenario AI Agent platform that provides an out-of-the-box smart workspace and enterprise-level Agent development hosting. The platform has been widely adopted within Meituan, covering 90,000 employees and building 30,000 Agents, with validation across multiple real business scenarios.

CatPaw supports real-time sync between mobile app and PC client. The mobile app allows users to start tasks and check progress anytime, while the PC client focuses on deep local execution with file and browser control. Its cloud mode runs 24/7, even when devices are off.

The platform integrates Meituan's expertise in local services, offering skills for store operations, review systems, and marketing. Users can package their workflows into custom AI experts for team sharing. CatPaw also includes a skill library and one-click recording to turn daily routines into reusable digital assets.
