Meta Launches Muse AI Agent for Small Businesses, Connects with Canva, Figma, Slack and More

Meta has announced the launch of Muse for Small Business, an AI agent designed to empower small and medium-sized businesses. The product connects to professional accounts on Meta's platforms and works with third-party tools like Canva, Figma, and Slack. Users can access their Facebook and Instagram business accounts, analytics data, and ad accounts through the agent, which generates specific task plans based on business data.

Meta also expanded support for a wide range of third-party services, including Asana, Box, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, Granola, HighLevel, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Lovable, Notion, Shopify, Slack, Stripe, and Zoom.

Meta plans to roll out more enterprise AI products to further grow Muse. The company recently established a business division focused on selling AI services to large corporations.
