At the IFA 2026 trade show in Berlin, Germany, Chinese brand MINISFORUM unveiled two new devices powered by AMD's Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 processor. The MS-S1 MAX-P495 is positioned as an AI workstation in a mini PC form, with an official price tag of around $7,000 (about 47,141 yuan). It supports up to 192GB of LPDDR5X memory, enough to run local deployment of 300B-parameter models. It has a built-in 320W power supply and a cooling system with six heat pipes and two fans, allowing 120W sustained and 160W peak performance. It also offers PCIe Gen4 x4, USB4 v2, dual 10GbE, and Wi-Fi 7, plus support for cluster deployment. The other device, the N5 MAX-P495, is called an "AI agent NAS," designed to serve as local AI infrastructure for knowledge bases and persistent AI agent workloads.
