Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said in a recent interview that the AI industry is too hyped and chasing buzzwords, making the whole field feel a bit lost. He thinks AI leaders get stuck in technical details and ignore what regular users actually need.

Nadella pointed out that for everyday users, instead of all the big AI promises, they want the technology to bring real benefits. The real world wants to know if this tech can help them, if they can control it, and if they can benefit from it with a good economic future.

He stressed that while building and pushing AI forward, the industry must earn the trust of consumers and communities. Celebrating technology just for technology's sake won't work.
