NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang calls China the world's fastest innovating country: Leaders are mostly engineers

He analyzed the reasons for the rise of China's tech ecosystem, including that about half of the world's AI researchers are Chinese, the tech industry grew during the mobile internet and cloud computing era, competition between provinces and cities spawned numerous enterprises, and the "classmate" culture facilitates rapid knowledge dissemination, driving the development of open-source communities.

When comparing the leadership of China and the US, Huang mentioned: Most leaders in China are outstanding engineers, while those in the US are mostly lawyers. He believes this difference is one of the structural factors contributing to China's fast innovation speed.
