OpenAI launches ChatGPT Images 2.5 with lower latency and sketch feature

OpenAI has released ChatGPT Images 2.5, its latest image generation model. It cuts generation delay by up to 50% while improving sharpness, lighting, and texture. The new Sketch feature lets you draw a rough draft in the chat and add style notes, and the model turns it into a full image. There are also templates for common formats like posters and products, plus a comment tool. You can point to a spot on the image and say 'remove this' or 'make it blue', and only that part changes. For developers, two API models are available: Flare for general use and Sunburst for precise edits. It supports up to 4K resolution. All images have watermarks and metadata to prevent misuse.
