Users can activate it by mentioning @Cainiao in the Qwen chat or tapping the dot icon. It recognizes special needs like bulky items and suggests carriers like Deppon. With permission, it auto-fills sender and receiver info from contacts and history, simplifying the process. The feature is now live on the Qwen app.
