SiliconFlow raises nearly 2.9 billion yuan in equity funding this year
Chinese AI infrastructure company SiliconFlow has completed its B+ second phase and C round funding, bringing its total equity financing for 2026 to nearly 2.9 billion yuan. Investors include state-level funds, central and local state-owned capital, and industry capital such as China Internet Investment Fund, Guoxin Fund, and China Mobile Chain Leader Fund. Existing shareholders Yaotu Capital, Shengyi Capital, and Guotai Venture Capital also increased their investment.
The funds will be used to boost R&D in inference engines, heterogeneous computing scheduling, and model-chip adaptation, strengthen its Token supply platform, and accelerate global market expansion.
Founded in August 2023, SiliconFlow aims to become a leading global AI capability provider. It has launched API services, dedicated instances, enterprise MaaS platforms, and large model all-in-one machines, with applications in large language models, text-to-image, and video generation.
