Tongyi Qianwen Launches Taxi-Hailing Feature, Fuzzy Command Reasoning Enables Direct Rides to Scenic Spots Like West Lake Broken Bridge

Alibaba's Tongyi Qianwen recently launched a taxi-hailing feature. Users can select car models, add stops, and more via natural language, with support for personalized requests like 'a car with fresh air and price under 30 yuan'—the system automatically matches the right services. It handles complex scenarios too: for 'a family of 6 going to Shichahai to watch the sunset', it recommends business cars; for 'going to the hospital with a patient', it prioritizes smooth-riding vehicles and tells drivers to ventilate in advance.

Qianwen is also testing fuzzy command reasoning. When users say 'go to where Xu Xian met Bai Suzhen', it directly hails a ride to West Lake Broken Bridge; 'go to the filming spot of Little Western Heaven in Black Myth: Wukong' leads to Fenghuang Mountain Top in Xixian County, Shanxi. Plus, it supports address memory and reservations—after setting home/office addresses, users can just say 'hail a ride home' or book a ride for after work. It now connects multiple services like flight and hotel bookings within Alibaba's ecosystem.
