Xiaodu Reaches 55 Million Homes, Launches Family Task Management AI

Xiaodu announced it has reached over 55 million households in China, positioning its smart screens as the first AI screens for elderly and kids. Li Ying, Baidu VP and CEO of Xiaodu Technology, said daily deep voice interactions have grown nearly 300%.

At the event, Xiaodu showcased its AI care feature, with camera AI usage at 67% and retention at 94%. It also launched a family task management AI that lets parents send messages, voice, images, or documents via phone; Xiaodu understands and assigns tasks, showing them on the smart screen with reminders. New hardware like the Dudu Friend Machine, smart screens, and smart cameras were also unveiled.
