Anthropic Launches Claude Design Tool: Non-designers Can Quickly Generate Visual Works Too
Anthropic recently launched the Claude Design tool, built on the Claude Opus 4.7 model, a visual creation tool. Users can generate designs, prototypes, and presentations via dialogue, as well as automatically apply brand systems, import multi-format files, and make fine adjustments.
The tool aims to help designers expand their creative space, while enabling non-designers like product managers and founders to efficiently produce visual works in minutes. Currently, Claude Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise subscribers can gradually access this feature.
In core functions, users can describe needs in natural language to generate initial designs, then adjust details via dialogue, editing, or sliders. It supports importing text, images, DOCX/PPTX files, and even grabbing web elements; the built-in brand system automatically applies consistent color schemes, fonts, and component specifications.
