Apple adds a Siri AI flag for mainland China in iOS 27.3 beta

Apple's next-generation Siri AI is not yet available in mainland China, so users there still cannot experience the new voice assistant features.

A source found in the first iOS 27.3 developer beta that Apple added a feature flag called LinwoodChinaMainland to the IntelligenceFlow framework. It is currently disabled, and an internal logic named siriAIInChinaMainland reads this flag.

IntelligenceFlow is the internal framework behind Siri AI and Apple Intelligence. It works like an AI dispatcher, coordinating conversations, models, and tools, so Siri can do more than answer questions and can also handle tasks.

This flag is a necessary but not sufficient condition for China-market devices to get Siri AI. The technical path is in place, but more conditions are needed before it goes live.
