AppLovin Co-founder: Internet was 0 to1, AI is unlocking an age of abundance from1 to infinity
Furqan Rydhan, co-founder of mobile advertising tech firm AppLovin, published a long post titled 'The Age of Abundance' on X, arguing that AI Agent has crossed the practical threshold and humanity is entering an 'age of abundance'.
He believes this era comes from three factors: AI Agent quality has upgraded from 'interesting demos' to delivering reliable work; token costs have plummeted, making previously unworthy automation tasks cost-effective; existing digital infrastructure (like Slack, GitHub, Notion) is interconnected, and AI Agent can amplify output once integrated.
He also points out that the internet was a '0 to1' phase of infrastructure building, while AI is a '1 to infinity' phase of intelligent superposition. In the future, 'directional judgment' will become a scarce skill—when AI Agent handles execution, the bottleneck lies in 'what to do' rather than 'who to do it'. Currently, he runs Founders, Inc. and AI Agent platform Nebula.
