China Mobile Holds AI Ecosystem Conference, Launches Lingxi Intelligent Agent Upgrade and Mobile Smart Assistant

During the 9th Digital China Construction Summit, China Mobile held an AI Ecosystem Conference themed 'Gather Wisdom for Newness, Co-cultivate New Forms of Intelligent Economy'. Chen Zhongyue, chairman of China Mobile, stated that the company values digital life services, promotes embedding AI into all products and services, upgrades the Lingxi Intelligent Agent, and offers digital culture, e-commerce, and embodied intelligence services to 1 billion mobile users and 300 million home users.

Next, China Mobile will launch a mobile smart assistant, upgrade service portals like the China Mobile App, cloud computers, and cloud storage, expand smart home and wearable devices, and lower the threshold for AI application.

In addition, China Mobile has deployed over 80,000 digital intelligent employees, integrating AI into strategic planning, organizational structure, and business processes, and applying AI in areas such as network verification, R&D design, marketing services, and comprehensive management.
