Danish top court rules AI-made child abuse images are also a crime

Denmark's Supreme Court has upheld an 18-month prison sentence for a 31-year-old man who held and shared tens of thousands of AI-generated child sexual abuse images. This is the first conviction of its kind in Denmark, and the top court has now set sentencing rules for such crimes for the first time.
