DeepSeek V4 Technical Report Publishes Author List, Multiple Core Members' Resignation Draws Industry Attention

Recently, DeepSeek released a 58-page V4 technical report, and the author list of nearly 300 'research and engineering' members has drawn industry attention. Founder Liang Wenfeng co-signed with all researchers and engineers, reflecting the team collaboration concept.

Notably, 10 people on the list are marked as 'already left', including core members like Wang Bingxuan, Wei Haoran, and Guo Daya. According to incomplete statistics, since the second half of 2025, at least 5 core R&D members of DeepSeek have confirmed their resignation, covering four core technical lines: base model, reasoning, OCR, and multimodal, including key roles such as core authors of the first-generation large language model and core contributors to V2.
