EK Launches Split Water Cooling Head for H200 NVL GPU, Single-Slot Design Boosts AI Server Space Efficiency
EK recently announced the EK-Pro GPU WB H200 NVL split water cooling head for Nvidia's H200 NVL PCIe GPU, which can compress the AI server graphics card from standard dual-slot to single-slot FHFL specification, effectively saving internal server space.
The cooling head uses a dual cooling module design, with two sets of micro-fins handling heat from half the GPU core and half the HBM memory respectively. This ensures high flow in all micro-channels, avoiding reduced heat dissipation due to low flow in the latter part of traditional designs. Its main body is made of CNC nickel-plated electrolytic copper, paired with laser-cut stainless steel top cover, aluminum backplate and other components, and equipped with EPDM rubber O-rings for sealing.
