Galaxy Digital's First Annual Report Post-Listing: Focus on Digital Economy and AI Infrastructure
Galaxy Digital released its first annual report after listing, announcing a full shift to digital economy and AI infrastructure layout. Founder Mike Novogratz stated that the listing is a declaration of the digital economy becoming a reality; after eight years through crypto industry cycles, the company remains optimistic about blockchain and digital assets reshaping the global financial system.
The company is increasing investment in AI infrastructure: its Helios data center in Texas, US, has been approved for over 1.6 GW of power, with an 800 MW leasing partnership with CoreWeave. Combined with customized construction, long-term investment is expected to exceed 15 billion USD, becoming a high-return asset.
Meanwhile, its strategy shifts to compliant financial infrastructure, including on-chain tracks, custody solutions, and tokenization platforms to accommodate institutional funds going on-chain. Despite 2025 market volatility, the company sees the current phase as a long-term opportunity window, aiming to build a 100-billion-USD comprehensive platform.
