Intel to Launch Workstation Version of Crescent Island AI Inference GPU for Token aaS Scenarios

A source revealed that Intel plans to launch a workstation version of its AI inference-optimized GPU 'Crescent Island'. First announced in October 2025 for the data center market, this GPU uses the Xe3P microarchitecture, supports various data types, is equipped with 160GB LPDDR5X memory, focuses on energy efficiency, and is suitable for Token aaS scenarios.

For the workstation variant, Intel may adjust the board design, reduce power consumption, cut memory capacity, and scale down core size. Currently, there is no news about the Xe3P standalone gaming graphics card.
