JD JoyAI Launches Real-Time Video Shopping AI Avatar

JD's JoyAI app has launched an AI avatar that supports real-time video shopping, letting users buy items while on a video call without switching apps. The avatar, called 'Universal Doctor,' can analyze products in real-time, show price comparisons, and take voice commands to complete purchases.

Users can upload a photo to create a personalized avatar with custom appearance, personality, voice, and interaction scenarios. This avatar can also sing, dance, and engage in multimodal interactions. JoyAI also integrates services like food delivery, bill payment, hotel booking, health consultations, and financial advice, all through natural language commands.
