Meta AI Support Assistant Launches Globally, Responds to Account Issues in 5 Seconds

Meta announced on the 18th of this month that its Meta AI support assistant, previewed last December, has officially launched globally. This tool provides 24/7 round-the-clock support for Facebook and Instagram users to resolve account issues.

Users can use it to report scam messages, impersonation accounts and problematic content, manage privacy settings, reset passwords, update personal profiles, and also understand the reasons for content removal and appeal channels.

Meta stated that the AI support assistant usually responds to requests within 5 seconds, much faster than traditional methods. It also emphasized that humans remain the core of the work—judgment logic is set by humans, and AI is only an automated tool to speed up processes and expand scale.
