Netflix reveals how it uses AI in movie and TV production

Netflix says it's now using generative AI in a big way for film and TV production. In a recent letter to shareholders, the company shared that about 300 productions will use AI workflows by 2026, mostly in post-production.

Netflix has already used AI to create complex scenes in shows like "Glory" from India, "Brasil 70" from Brazil, and "The American Experiment" from the US. By buying AI companies and setting up special studios, Netflix aims to make content faster and cheaper.
