New Ziguang Releases 'Zixian' 3D Near-Memory Computing Architecture with 30TB/s Storage Bandwidth
New Ziguang Group held the 2026 Innovation Summit in Beijing, where its Frontier Technology Research Institute launched the 'Zixian' 3D near-memory computing (PNM) architecture. With 3D DRAM as the core and an innovative 3.5D heterogeneous integration scheme, this architecture achieves a storage bandwidth of 30TB/s—outperforming the latest HBM4 in both bandwidth and capacity, and supporting mass production via domestic leading supply chains.
New Ziguang claims that the PNM mode reduces memory access latency by up to 1/18, and simulations show that token throughput is 1.5 to 2 times higher than NVIDIA's B200 series at the same computing power. Additionally, subsidiaries released key products: Ziguang Guowei's high-reliability IC solution for commercial aerospace, LT and GT's full-stack domestic autonomous computing power interconnection scheme, and AT's 'Ziling' chip design agent (which boosts RTL generation and optimization efficiency by 120x and cuts single-chip R&D investment by 50%).
