Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang: US Should Strengthen AI Cooperation with China, Export Controls Have Limited Effect

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang recently stated that the breakthrough of Anthropic's latest cybersecurity large model Mythos shows that the US should strengthen AI cooperation with China to reach a consensus on safe use.
Huang pointed out that US export controls on AI chips to China have limited effect. China has sufficient energy, mainstream chip manufacturing technology, and computing power integration capabilities, and the computing power needed to train Mythos is widely available in China.
