Pudu Robotics launches new industrial humanoid robot PUDU D7
Pudu Robotics has launched a new humanoid robot, PUDU D7, designed for industrial manufacturing. It is powered by the PuduFM 1.0 embodied intelligence model, allowing it to learn and understand tasks in real factory settings, moving from fixed programs to autonomous decision-making.
The robot collects data from its operations to improve over time. It can carry up to 14 kg and reach heights of 2 meters, handling tasks like moving materials and picking items from shelves. Equipped with high-precision touch sensors, it can adjust force to the millimeter level for delicate jobs like gluing and assembly.
PUDU D7 uses dual radar and a multi-dimensional sensing system to detect obstacles and path changes, so it can be deployed quickly without major changes to the factory. It also supports automatic battery swapping for 24/7 operation, reducing downtime and improving logistics efficiency.
