Red Fruit Short Drama Crackdowns on Low-Quality AI-Generated Dramas: Over 10,000 Violation Works Disposed of, Focusing on Values and Copyright Protection
Red Fruit Short Drama has recently launched a large-scale crackdown on low-quality AI-generated dramas on its platform, disposing of over 10,000 violation works. The governance focuses on plot direction, value expression, and production quality, targeting vulgar or sensational content, rough visuals, chaotic plots, or extreme emotional rendering.
From April 7 to 15 alone, the platform blocked and removed 3522 low-quality AI dramas. Editor-in-chief Le Li stated that the governance will be strengthened in two aspects: improving the review system to ban vulgar, money-worshipping and other non-compliant content; and enhancing copyright protection to combat creative plagiarism and portrait infringement.
Red Fruit Short Drama released an announcement on April 6, saying it will continue to standardize the creation order of AI dramas. For content or producers with serious or repeated violations, measures such as removal, blocking, termination of cooperation, or even legal accountability will be taken.
