Roblox AI games top 70,000, with 80% of top games using AI help

Roblox's fiscal Q3 2026 report shows that AI games created with its Build tool have surpassed 70,000, and over 500,000 users have used the tool so far.

Build launched in late July 2026 with a mobile-first design, letting creators make game content with AI. More than 80% of September's top 100 games by playtime used AI-assisted development, and two games made almost entirely by AI reached the platform's top 20 in concurrent players.

The tool is open to users aged 9 and above with verified age, while AI-generated games are only available to users 16 and older.

Roblox also plans a Universal Player program to let developers bring existing console, PC, or mobile games into the platform. In Q3 2026, 26% of its daily active users were aged 18 to 34, and users under 18 made up 18%.
