SAMR Launches AI-Driven Intelligent Evaluation Standard System for Measurement and Control Equipment

To address the lack of unified standards for intelligent evaluation of measurement and control equipment, China's State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) organized a team to conduct technical research and achieved innovative results. The team used natural language processing and AI clustering technology to build a universal and typical intelligent evaluation index system for measurement and control equipment, and established an evaluation model based on the subjective-objective combination weighting method, forming a series of international, national, and group standards.

The team also overcame key technologies such as digital twin evaluation methods and reference datasets, developed a digital twin measurement system and physical entity evaluation device, enabling testable and quantifiable intelligent levels. The related results have been applied to the evaluation and verification of 6 types of typical equipment, building 3 physical scenarios and forming an integrated system of testing, metrology, and certification.
